Resetting SSO in the UI

At times there may be a need to change or update the SSO configuration on a Stairwell Tenant, so this guide will outline the steps to take from the UI to reconfigure this.

Managing SSO Settings in the UI

Stairwell often sets up trials using the Stairwell IdP which can be changed by the customer at any time. This section will guide users through changing the SSO IdP.

  1. Go to https://app.stairwell.com and login
  2. Click on the gear icon on the bottom left
  3. Click SSO
  4. Click Manage SSO Settings
  1. Under Connections, Click the ellipsis ..., Click Reset connection
  1. Type Reset and Click Reset
  1. Click on your identity provider
  1. Step through the configuration steps (typically ACS URL, SP Entity ID, Attributes, IdP Metadata URL)
  2. Click Continue to sign-in
