Registration rules will allow organizations to allow newly installed assets to immediately apply a policy that is associated with a target static group.

Create a registration

Go to https://app.stairwell.com and login
Go to Settings and select "Asset registration" tab under the "Environments" section
Select an environment in the environment drop down to specify which environment the registration should be created under
Select "+ Create registration"
Enter a registration name and select a target static group

Note that the list of static groups is dependent on the static groups available in the environment selected in step 3.
Hit "Save registration"

Update a registration

Go to https://app.stairwell.com and login
Go to Settings and select "Asset registration" tab under the "Environments" section
Select an environment in the environment drop down to specify the environment that contains the registration rule to be modified
Click on the ... icon below "Actions" and select "Edit"
Make modifications to either the name or the target static group
Hit "Save registration"

Delete a registration

Go to https://app.stairwell.com and login
Go to Settings and select "Asset registration" tab under the "Environments" section
Select an environment in the environment drop down to specify the environment that contains the registration rule to be modified.
Click on the ... icon below "Actions" and select "Delete".
