GetResult returns a finished investigation's verdict and machine-readable
artifacts. The report and recommendations export are serialized JSON, so
their schemas can evolve without breaking this contract. Errors:
NotFound (unknown id or no access — deliberately indistinguishable),
FailedPrecondition (not finished yet).
