ComputeETLDPlusOne computes the registrable domain (eTLD+1) for a given hostname. Examples: "www.google.com" -> "google.com", "mail.google.co.uk" -> "google.co.uk"

hostname is the hostname for which to compute eTLD+1.

Query Params

ignore_private is true if private PSL entries should be ignored (e.g., treat "user.github.io" as having eTLD+1 "github.io"). If false (default), private entries are considered (e.g., "user.github.io" stays "user.github.io").
